RETURNS
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt in the unlikely event that your item has been damaged in transit. We will require your name and address and a picture of the damaged item and delivery packaging for our insurance claim. We will acknowledge receipt of this information and send you out a replacement within 2 working days of receipt of this information and a prepaid returns label to return the damaged item.  Please email us directly at customerservices@643doubleplay.co.uk

Please notify us of what you have received and your name and address. We will acknowledge receipt of this information and send you out the correct item and a PrePaid returns label to return the incorrect item within 2 working days of receipt of this information. Your purchases from our site are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which give you the buyer the right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day that you receive your item. If you wish to return your item, unused, unopened in the original packaging and in the case of clothing unworn with all tags attached as supplied for a full refund of the purchase price please email customerservices@643doubleplay.co.uk
Please note we will not refund the cost of postage and packing incurred to return the item.

In the event that the Royal Mail or our elected delivery service provider returns your order to us marked 'uncollected' - we will email you a copy of the returns notification and refund your payment less a 25% handling fee.
